The Alliance is an informal network established by a memorandum of understanding amongst its members.
The roles and responsibilities of our members are spelled out in our Terms of Reference.
We work by consensus to empower our non-paying members.
We do not discuss proprietary or commercial information, company-specific interests or market access.
We are committed to transparent funding and sponsorship for all Alliance activities.
Secretariat operating expenses and Alliance activities are made possible with the support of Amgen Inc., Novartis International AG, and Roche Diagnostics Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd.
